Yes I believe this is scammer who will try to claim he has legal documents from a "relative" using friends and families' names and try to get you to give their phone numbers out.

This is a scam! Do not verify any of your information with them over the phone, this is how they steal your identity
My husband and I both received calls from this number claiming to be the USPS(in Jamica!). Said we had a million dollar check we needed to pick up. Obvious scam-IGNORE.
