Called today but I didn't answer and they left no message

I am getting calls from this number saying I have a court date and will be serving papers to me.

The number was a male automated voice system wanting to let me know how much the government will pay for my Obama Care. Press 1 to connect and press 2 if I felt this was an error. I hung up on them and the number was from Greensboro, NC.
This number kept calling me and didn't say anything the first three times I answered, but the fourth time, a prerecorded message said "we have been trying to reach you" all creepy and whatnot, and claimed the IRS is forming a lawsuit against me and claimed they were calling to warn me.
Left automated message on my phone stating they were the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit against me. Left a call back number of 360-362-4254

Got a call this morning, the message that was left only gave a different phone number with no information as to who they are or why they were calling.
I am sick of these people calling me ! They say there is something wrong with my computer that they work for Windows. There is nothing wrong with my computer. They call every day !!!!
When call from this number answered it was a recording claiming to be IRS stating they had called several times & this was last time. Recording said to call another number or the IRS will file a lawsuit.

This is a scam... please don't fall for it! The IRS does not call people threatening to sue them. If you get a call like this, report it to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml.

this # called and a recorded voice said I was being sued by the IRS and to call a toll free # that the recorded voice gave out.
I received a charge in my checking account from "Stream Home" in the amount of $39.95 dollars. The number attached to the charge was 877-710-0381. I called the number and an automated voice asked me for a pin repeatedly then the line went dead.
