I believe this is some solicitor from the Charlotte Police Benevolent Association. I just got a call from this number (10/31/14 2:55 Pm) which hung up. My caller ID said Lincolnton. The information I find says it is a Charlotte NC number. It appears they use a spoofed ID to hide their real indemnity. If it is the NON PROFIT GROUP Police Benevolent Association the NC laws allow them to harass and annoy people with constant redundant repeated hang up calls.

This person began sending threatening texts to expose me in a public forum for how evil and judgmental I am.
Strange phone message left on my home phone message machine. Saying they were internal affairs and I needed to phone back because of criminal action. If I did not phone back personally I should have my attorney phone back. The man had a strong asian or middle eastern accent. (sorry not sure which I'm bad with that) I had to listen to the message 2 times to get the number correct.
Scammer-Hacker with a heavy accent claiming illegal downloads to my computer. Hung up on him before giving any info.

I too received a txt message from a similar email address with a similar message as John. "You have yet to claim your reward. To do so, dial (813) 515 1835" from burqmlmfzglu@seasonalcruises.com.<br /><br />My Hunch is this is a scam (phishing). I will not call the number. be cautious.

This call kept telling me about charges to my credit card. I kept asking which card...they continued to talk so I understood that it was a recorded message. I aked if this was a recorded message and all of a sudden a great big HAHAHA ce ove the phone and said I had just been pranked by prank.com.

We have been getting calls, about 10-15 a day from 831-603-0250, when you answer, they hang up and call from this 405-344-5612. A couple of times they have asked for a person and claim they are from Medicare. We have asked them to put us on the do not call list at least 3 times now; they are driving us nuts.
