While on-line a box popped up that said a virus (curse of the werewolf) was installed on my computer and for me to call this number so they could walk me through how to remove it. I think this is some kind of scam
I got a call from this number and another telemarketer less than 24 hours after signing up with DirecTV - I KNOW it was DirecTV who sold my number to the telemarketers because it was a brand-new number, DirecTV was the ONLY company I had called with the new number, and then DirecTV actually ADMITTED to having sold my number when I called in to complain. I'm happy I found out BEFORE my installation date, I managed to cancel the service before being charged. WHEW. AVOID DIRECTV!!!!

Same automated call said I was being sued by the IRS.
I believe the person making this call may be Leo Zybruki in Edmonton.
Pre-recorded conversation they were the IRS and this was my final phone call stating I had a lawsuit against me. I should call ?02-239-1207 back; however I couldn't get the 1st number of the phone number.
Someone called very foreign accent said to call this number to get a $7000 Government Grant said he was from United States Government. Beware of scam!!!

Showed up as "name not found" on my caller ID. They left a msg saying the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. FYI, the real IRS does not use the phone to contact you. And real IRS agents will provide a badge number.
Tried to tell me something was wrong with my computer. When I said nothing was wrong and this sounded like a scam, he called me a bitch.
Said they were Atlas Compliance when I called them back. They acted like I was suppose to know who they were and why they had called... Looking for some woman and not happy about telling me who they were...<br />I have a new phone number and have gotten some phone calls for the people that used to have this number...<br />This was just a really odd phone call...Out of Austin, TX.

The caller identified herself as Meghna Mohanani, ask if I was interested in a position and then put me on hold never came back. I emailed and they said on another call will call back
A lot of people in background sounds like tella marking call.
They want you to hook up to there computer so they can "FIX" your computer. Don't do it.<br />
I received a call with Caller ID "MARYLAND 301-186-9635". After one ring, it stopped. When I called back the number, it says the number is not in service. Is this a phone number spoofing?
I keep getting calls from this number of people saying that the government wants to give me money ($8000) for paying all my bills on time. <br /><br />and they ask for my account to wire transfer the money... It's a Scam... If the government wants to give me money they can send it to me in a check like they do every year when I do my tax return.
No idea who these people are or what they want. I have blocked the number.
