Called my home phone asked for my husband and when he got on they told him they had someone who needed to talk to him it was important.
harassing caller
tried to pretend to buy stuff from craglist, ask to pay by check and buy things for relative, then claim sending the check via USPS, waiting for many days, send the tracking # stoles from others, stated that you have received the check. Ask whether you receive the check which is for sure not. other scams might follow..... so I text back to request him to cancel the check, then he responded with what I think about this whole thing. reply with afraid of being scammed, don't want to deal with you. bye....
Complete scam caller. Very pushy and claims he is deaf and about to have surgery and refused to give me more info.
A young man named Sanchek from Microsoft told me that my computer had malware, but curiously kept asking if I had a computer. He had no idea what I was talking about when I asked him which variant of malware infected my computer so he put on Harry Wilson his boss who likewise was confused about which variant infected my computer and he told me if I pressed some 'hot key combination' he would tell me. I refused to do this until I found out which variant infected my computer, that they must have that information or they wouldn't have called me. He got his boss named Rodriguez. I asked him him for the IP address of the infected computer and he couldn't give me that information either but he did make up a number that he said was my computer's ID number. I told him all I wanted was some simple information that he should have if was he was who he said he was, and he hadn't given me jack shit so how could he expect me to give him my credit card number and give him control over my computer so he could install malware in it.
Claimed to be Treasury Dept of collections

Said his name is Frank and he was calling to tell me my computer was creating errors and to turn it off
This phone number links to a scam. If you see a website or page that is www.callcomputersupport.com DO NOT call the number. The person on the other line will ask you for credit card information, or likely will need your computer ID number near the windows license.
