This number belongs to Michael Durie formerly of Durie Tile and Marble. The list of complaints about this business is long and easy to find via Google. He has re-branded himself Michael Francis and is selling home inspection and renovation services. Be warned.

This number calls be just about everyday, they let the phone ring once and then hang up, I don't bother calling back because I'm almost certain its a scam, just wish I could block them!

12.2.14 - Received a robo-call from this number claiming to be IRS and stating that lawsuit was being filed. Totally bogus. Gave case number to try and appear legitimate. When I attempted to call back, my call cannot be completed as dialed.
Caller asks a lot of questions but refuses to identify himself.<br />Gets snippy when asked who he is and what he wants.<br />Called the number back - It is a collection Agency masquerading as a medical appointment service.

Computer Voice stated it was a final notice from the IRS.<br />IRS does not make these types of calls.<br />The IRS only uses the US mail.

A scam call.. a woman with a foreign accent called and said a criminal complaint was being filed by the Immigration and Naturalization Service against me.. Next she transferred me to another guy, who I suspect is an Immigration lawyer trying to drum up some business. He became very rude when I told him off.
Spoofed number - left partial message on answering machine regarding "rebate" and to press 1 to receive - did not pick up

Message said IRS has been trying to contact me and this was final call to notify me that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Please call 206-855-5827 immediately. Since I have not received any calls from the IRS and there is no reason for a lawsuit, I assume this is some sort of scam.
