It is a recorded message to call a number, but they talked so quickly that I did not get the number written down in the time the recording ran. I called the 740-4001 number back and was put on hold for 5 minutes then the call disconnected. I have no idea who they are or what they called about.

I am going to assume this is a telemarketer since they didn't leave a message. I hate robo calls.<br />
This person calls and says he is from a telephone communication company or a car dealership instead of telling the person who he is really from NCC dept collections maybe the person will settle with them.
This person calls and misrepresents himself as a car dealer ship or telephone communications company,. If he would just tell the person who he works for is NCC dept collections and let them take care of the issue instead of playing games.
Scam. This person keeps changing phone number. The person works for Bell and bothers with calls. Changing numbers from US etc. I have to report him to RCMP or RCC.<br />

I got the call this evening but called it back and got the message, "if you want to be deleted from our call list hit 1" I hit 1 and hung up......Then I find out that the 208 prefix is in British Virgin Islands, Sounds like a scam to me guess will have to wait and see if there is $2,000.00 charge to my phone bill.
