This is scam number claiming that the IRS is about to file a lawsuit against you. Do not answer... do not call the number they give. You are now about to be sued by the IRS. The IRS always makes first contact by USPS, on official IRS letterhead. They will never ask for payment over the phone and never ask for credit card information.

You think it's an emergency when someone wakes up household calls this late the calls came from 828-750-5282-so me being honest I left several voice messages seeing no one would answer that number NOTHING until 5am 1/23/15 this morning from someone number 919-628-2459 who will only reply by text at this totally different number 919-628-2459 states his or her phone was lost on the 20th but they got my voice messages and who I can trying to reach? then states in text late daughter's old phone. SERIOUSLY WHICH IS IT? If you have nothing to hide when you call at 5am answer the phone when picked up when I questioned it showed one number 3 and half hrs difference from this new number now he replied was going to sheriff's dept to shed some light on this!(Please do) because I AM ALL ABOUT TRUTH! and this is not adding up!

Robocalls several times a day for weeks now.
I received a call from this number this morning stating his name as Michael Walker from a legal courier service in my city. He stated he had legal court papers to serve on me. He provided a case number and the last 4 of my social security number. The number came up as blocked when he called but he left a vm with the 844-572-6956. When I called the number back, a man by the name of Jason answered stating this was in regards to a balance with a payday loan company. I told him I did not owe this and asked that he not contact me any further by phone, only by mail and to go ahead and serve the court documents on me since he had my home address. He said he could call for two days. I have never received anything in the mail previously regarding this.
