Andrea Little and Cynthia Reed legal agency collecting on a payday loan that was taken out in Aug of 2013 on an account that is closed for over a year. Said I would be charged with fraud. When you call the number it says this is LM of UR and you get the first person who called you which is Mr. Little and he transfers you to the other person who puts you on hold to look up the case number that you were given to see what the charges are and what your options are. She tells you that if you pay today it all goes away and they will send you paper work stating that it has been paid. I couldn't do that and said I could make payments. Now they want a debit or prepaid card with funds on it for good faith payment and to set up payment dates. I never took out a payday loan in Aug of 2013 especially on an account that is closed. She also asked if I had a bank account at a bank that I have never banked at.
