Constant calls from this number - I returned the call and received the message that this number is out of service - so why then do they keep calling?

This person constantly calls us at the Loveshop on Centennial Pkwy N in Hamilton, ON. He harasses the female employees, asks them personal, private info and than goes on to describe his penis. This person is a creep and because it is based in the US we don't know what to do about it.

This dude who can barely speak English called not once but three times asking for my son and the first time I said he doesn't live here anymore. the second time he called again told them he doesn't live here. The third time I am beginning to smell the dirty towel on his head when he starts telling me that he is from Bank of America and that Edward has won the Publishers Clearing House and that he will need some important information... So this time I spoke a little louder and told him that I think he is full of s__ and that Edward no longer lives here and he asks if he was deceased and I said he moved out don't you know what that means?
