Someone called my wife from this phone number, claiming to be the IRS and if she did not respond that they would be pressing legal action. I called them back and they hung up, so I called them again and someone of an Indian (seemingly) accent answered the phone and acted as if she was going to investigate the issue and she hung up, so I called back and the call went straight to voice mail.
Called, left no message. When I called back operator said you have reached a non-working number. I labeled it as solicitation.

Caller says that are calling from "Windows Technical Dept" but admits that they are not a part of Microsoft. Syas that they have been able to analyze many problem issues with my computer. Offers to fix computer problems. Very rude when I asked them to take my number off of their call list.<br />
