I got a call from this and 716-201-4266 and a few other random numbers. They told me there was a specific thing wrong with my computer and that they wanted to fix it. I read this is an old scam that used to claim to be from Microsoft. I'm sure they would get me to install something and hack my computer

Tired of the daily calls from this number claiming to be USA Medical compensation company. They even call my new home number which I have not given to anyone. They ask in a strong Indian accent if anyone in the family has had a bladder repair surgery. Every time I say no and stop calling but that has not helped.
I have received 5 or more calls from this number on my cell phone and more on my brand new home phone number that I have not given to anyone. They say they are calling from USA medical compensation and with a very strong Indian accent they ask if any one in the family has had a bladder repair surgery. I always say no and stop calling me but it doesn't stop.
I've had countless phone calls from this number in the past month. There is never a response and hangs up after 10-15 seconds. Why am I being harassed?
I received a call from this number at approximately 12:28pm EST. The man had a slight European Indian accent and was asking if I had received a letter notifying me that my power was to be cut off. I told him I did not know why I would be receiving such a notice and asked who he represented. He hung up. I called the number back and a very wimpish girl sounding recording(Literally, it sounded like a cartoon character) said that all lines were busy and I should try again.
