We have had a call from this phone # stating that they are a litigation dept and threatening us with a lawsuit. We contacted them 3 times and not one of the parties would give us any information--they answered our questions with questions!

The call was an automated call. The voice on the answering machine said this call was from the IRS and that this was a final notice that I was being sued by the IRS. I needed to call a different number immediately.
