Received an inappropriate text message from this number at 4am this morning.

Sent call to voice mail and listened after a message was left. Voice recording claims to be from the IRS and gave me a callback number of 202-470-2464 or a lawsuit would be filled.....IRS doesn't have my cell number and didn't reference any account number. Bogus.
This, I suspect a phishing for kids..or young women. A creep, slight Indian accent, asked for someone here (with an androgynous name)... not here, as it happened... but went on to ask if I "Played on the computer". Red flag... that is what one would ask a child.... Perverts on the look out, probably.
Called in the middle of the night and said nothing, then abruptly hung up.
