Received a call from Consumer Promotions at this number 916-469-1948 claimed I had won $850,000 all I had to do was pay $535 for some security seal so that when UPS arrived I could verify my identity. Claimed my prize was certified by state and federal government. Had scam written all over it.

Received an automated msg from this number stating that it was the IRS but when I called back it went strait to voicemail with no message or anything. Strange....
