I received 6 calls, every 10 minutes. When I answered a call, there was only a mechanical sound which reminded me of a fax message going through. I could not get the calls to stop. Just had to wait until the person calling decided to stop.

A computerized voiced noting that the IRS is suing me and urged me to call them back. I highly suspect this is a scam. I believe the IRS would contact me via USPS mail.

10/16 I received a call from 1-418-693-8210 in Chicoutimi QC - the man said he was with "Windows" and that my computer had been infected ....... I've received these calls before, so I told him I'd take my computer back to the company I bought it from and get it fixed because I paid for the extended warranty and haven't needed to use it yet. He immediately said what he was going to do wouldn't cost me anything ....... told him I had to go and hung up.
Someone from edison called telling me my account was in need of paying. I think it's a scam as my account is current.
These people are looking for info to defraud people are rude and threating to come to my house saying they are the IRS then told me to go F--- myself .
